I started to race in 89 with an Aprilia AF1 Replica among 80 other pilots ! The first race took place in Lédenon (France), I participated to the small final (for the non-qualified pilots). I've never been so anxious before an event and finished very far from the head of the race ...
We had 18 races mainly in France, Italy, Tchekoslovakia, the Netherlands and a few in Switzerland (races in circuits are forbidden in Switzerland !). During the whole season the progression was good and I finished 4 times in the points range before its end and reached a final 32nd rank.
